Job Summary:

The Ad Products & enablement organization is part of the Disney Advertising Sales organization is focused on best in class products, platforms and partnerships vital to revenue growth in a multi-media, addressable sales environment.

The Ad Products team is responsible for ensuring marketplace parity as well as strategic innovation for the DAS Ad Product catalog. That includes but is not limited to advanced solutions, addressable linear and television products, benefits of single ad serving and technology solutions providing innovative cross platform and cross portfolio ad product solutions.

The Sr Manager of Addressable Ad Product will be responsible for product innovation, strategy and implementation for all addressable Ad Products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative solutions that will drive marketplace spend, improve speed to market & workflow processes and enable new sales products for addressable advertising, including building out Disney's first Linear Addressable product
  • Be an expert on the digital & linear ecosystem(s), advertising data sources, addressable execution styles and addressable advertising
  • Work collaboratively with Disney Data Science team and data vendors to ensure successful onboarding of audience segments and processes
  • Coordinate with the Account Management team on campaign implementation during testing and implementation phases
  • Provide marketplace intelligence by proactively reading the trades, building external and internal relationships
  • Exhibit professional excellence and approach work with passion and positivity
  • Work with multiple clients and vendors to manage priorities/goals, project roadmaps and work towards meeting those goals successfully
  • Proactively manage changes in scope, identify potential risks, and devise risk-mitigation and contingency plans
  • Collaborate with counterparts in Revenue and Inventory Management, Data Science, Marketing, Technology and Sales to educate, consult and inform them on the product(s), partners and capabilities for Addressable Ad Products
  • Partner with Disney Portfolio Solutions team on our go-to-market materials and strategy including developing insightful stories that showcase the value of digital and linear addressable

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-year prior addressable experience
  • Expert in Advanced Advertising with a focus on Addressable execution
  • Advanced technology skills
  • Experience driving a technology integration
  • Product/Project management experience
  • Analytical and comfortable looking at data to pull insights
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience leading a successful team
  • Working understanding of media/screen convergence
  • An enthusiastic demeanor and eager-to-learn attitude
  • The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, team-centric environment
  • The drive to take initiative and handle additional responsibilities
